The representative at PayPal adjusted the disputed claim to be labeled as "Not as described" (even though I think that's a stretch) and Data Power Development Limited (the seller of Save Wizard) has 10 days to respond to PayPal. 
Unfortunately, I haven't received any official replies from Save Wizard yet. I've attempted to reach out to Save Wizard (1) via email, (2) their Discord support server, (3) their FaceBook page, and (4) on here via their subreddit.
